As Regional Safety Director with nearly 30 years of commercial construction experience, Julian oversees safety and risk management across construction projects and company operations. He plans and implements AP’s safety program, promoting a safe, healthy, and accident-free work environment while empowering and mentoring team members at all levels.
Julian ensures compliance with OSHA, AP, and client safety standards, including AP’s Incident and Injury Free (IIF) culture, the cornerstone of the company’s safety program. He also collaborates with Regional Safety Leaders and company leadership to develop and implement safety initiatives informed by industry best practices and lessons learned.
Julian holds an STS-C (Safety Trained Supervisor in Construction) certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals and is recognized as a CSHO (Certified Safety and Health Official) from the University of Texas at Arlington OSHA Training Institute Education Center. He earned an associate’s degree in occupational safety and environmental technology and a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing and industrial management from Tarleton State University.
