As AP’s Regional Safety Director for Colorado, Justin brings deep experience as a Safety & Health Professional with a strong background in construction risk management, safety protocols, and industrial hygiene. He leads the execution of AP’s safety strategy across the region while ensuring all projects operate in full compliance with applicable safety standards and regulations.
Reporting directly to AP’s National Safety Director, Justin upholds and advances AP’s corporate safety policies, procedures, and goals. He partners closely with project teams to identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation plans tailored to site-specific conditions throughout each project’s lifecycle. Justin also collaborates with regulatory agencies and industry partners to strengthen AP’s safety programs and support continuous improvement.
In addition, he champions AP’s Incident and Injury Free (IIF) culture, promoting an environment built on genuine care, accountability, and shared responsibility for the well‑being of every individual on site.
