As General Superintendent, Lance provides executive leadership and oversight for superintendents across Central Texas, ensuring the successful day-to-day management of each project site. His leadership ensures every project is supported by the right resources, proven systems, and operational excellence. Lance believes his greatest responsibility is not only delivering successful projects but also developing the next generation of builders. He measures his legacy by the leaders he helps develop and the positive culture he helps create.

He has led project teams across Colorado, California, and Texas, delivering work in the higher education, K-12, aviation, retail, municipal, hospitality, healthcare, life sciences, and industrial manufacturing submarkets. These diverse experiences have strengthened his ability to lead teams through complex challenges while adapting to the unique needs of each client and project.
