The redeveloped and expanded main campus and care center moved west of the Rum River and added 50 more senior apartments and 20 assisted living suites. The care center serves up to 141 long-term residents, including memory care residents. The care center floor plan is designed in a home-like setting to accommodate Liberty Personally Designed Living™. At the heart of the campus is GracePointe Crossing’s Town Center with amenities such as a bistro, wellness center, chapel/auditorium, salon and theater. The Town Center serves to connect living options to consolidate amenities and services and enrich community life.
