The Hutchinson Technology Inc. project was comprised of a 175,000-sf office, lab and manufacturing addition including a 2-story, 80,000-sf office addition, 75,000-sf manufacturing space, 20,000-sf kitchen/cafeteria and site parking for 904-cars. Construction consisted of steel frame with precast concrete and alucobond panels.
