Merrill Gardens at Anthem

AP completed this conversion project with a combination of 1,200-sf new and 52,600-sf of renovated space. The first-floor memory care unit features 24 sleeping units and associated support spaces including a new entry lobby, new exit stairs and memory gardens. The second and third floor care assisted living levels each offer 24 sleeping units and associated support spaces, new common lobbies, support space and exit access.
