AP completed a 7,200 square foot renovation within The Tower Office Building in Dallas, Texas to create two new cardiac catheterization laboratories and expand the building’s advanced cardiovascular care capabilities. The Tower is a six story Class B medical office building located along North Central Expressway and was originally constructed by AP.
Designed by E4H Architecture, the renovation transformed existing office space into a specialized clinical environment built in accordance with Texas Department of State Health Services guidelines for an Ambulatory Surgical Center. The project included the development of two operating rooms, three pre operative rooms, five post anesthesia care units, and the necessary clinical support spaces required to perform a wide range of cardiovascular procedures.
The facility also features a state of the art Hybrid Endovascular Suite designed to support advanced procedures and medical education. The suite is equipped with technology that allows physicians to broadcast live video of procedures to educational events and audiences around the world, supporting collaboration and continued learning within the medical community.
