North Park Heart and Vascular Center

This project includes the construction of two new cardiac catheterization labs by renovation of approximately 7,200 sf of The Tower office building. The existing building is a six-story, Class B medical office building constructed previously by AP on North Central Expressway. The clinic was constructed using Texas Department of State Health Services (TDSHS) guidelines for an Ambulatory
Surgical Center (ASC). Renovations consisted of two operating rooms, three pre-op rooms, five post anesthesia care units plus all necessary support rooms allowing the facility to perform a wide array of cardiovascular procedures. In addition, AP constructed a state of the art Hybrid Endovascular Suite which is wired to provide live video feed allowing physicians to broadcast procedures to various educational events across the world.
