The adaptive reuse project consists of the conversion of 14 floors (18-25, 32-34 & 37-39) from commercial office space to apartment units. The renovation space includes 291 apartment units, amenities, and common gathering spaces for residents to enjoy.
In addition to the upper floors, construction also took place at Level 1 for the future leasing office, which includes a library, lounge, and retreat clad with wood and other high-end finishes. Additionally, Level 1 includes outdoor amenities on the existing garage structure including a dog park and a private courtyard with an outdoor kitchen and pool area.
