Native American Rights Fund Office

The Native American Rights Fund Office renovation transformed approximately 17,418 square feet across three stories into a modern, highly functional workplace environment. Nearly 95 percent of the existing interior was reconfigured to create attorney offices, support staff work areas, collaborative spaces, and flexible suites designed to accommodate additional tenants and community use. The redesign incorporated thoughtful space planning, optimized layouts, and contemporary finishes to align with the organization’s operational needs. Upgrades to structural, electrical, and HVAC systems, along with a new fire suppression system, enhanced building performance and safety while positioning the space for long-term flexibility and growth.
