Native American Rights Fund Tenant Improvements

AP renovated approximately 95% of the existing 17,418 sf, three-story interior space to make way for a new layout and design. The project team redesigned the interior space to accommodate the lawyer offices, support staff, and provide the ability to rent out spaces to other users to help support local businesses. This was achieved by considering functional layouts, space optimization, and modern design elements. The redesign also included upgrades to structural, electrical and HVAC, and a new fire suppression system. The project services provided for this tenant improvement project transformed the newly acquired commercial building into a modern, functional, and tailored space that aligns with the tenant’s specific needs and preferences.
