Candeo Schools North Scottsdale

Candeo Schools North Scottsdale was a two-phased, K-8 charter school addition and renovation. The first phase included painting, fencing, paving, grading and new landscape for the play yard, courtyard and ball fields. During phase two, AP constructed two new buildings: a one-story, 7,902-sf structure that included six classrooms, restrooms, staff break room, storage closet and lockers. The second building AP built houses three classrooms, fire riser room, mechanical room and electrical closet totaling 2,470-sf.
