AP provided preconstruction and construction services for this comprehensive high school on an existing 30-acre site. The new building includes a 1:1 replacement of program spaces, featuring an auditorium and a regional competition swimming pool. Due to potential site constraints, the existing school was demolished in phases as new construction was completed. The existing building remained operational throughout construction and was demolished upon completion of the new 277,629-square-foot facility.
