Overview

AP completed a comprehensive renovation and expansion of an existing recreation center, enhancing both functionality and user experience. The project included the renovation of the 10,000-square-foot facility, with upgrades to multi-purpose rooms, restrooms, storage areas, lobby, control desk, exterior façade, front patio, and canopy.

Additional improvements included updates to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, building envelope enhancements, interior finishes, utility work, and the installation of a new storm drainage system and dumpster enclosure.

As part of the expansion, AP constructed a new 5,000-square-foot addition featuring modern fitness rooms, providing expanded space to support community wellness and recreation.
