Foothills Golf Course Clubhouse

The Foothills Recreation Center Clubhouse project consisted of replacing the existing clubhouse with a new clubhouse, site upgrades, and parking lot improvements. The new mass timber facility is grand in its execution of high-end finishes, such as cross-laminated timber (CLT) throughout. The project spans 27,648 square feet and includes parking for 278. The clubhouse features a full-service restaurant, commercial kitchen, golf simulator, and club rooms for men and women. The ground level of the facility houses the club’s carts, a snack bar, and cart storage and maintenance areas.
