Vela at Meridian Apartments

This 12-building, 216-unit, multi-family housing facility located in Parker, Colorado was roughly 25% complete when AP was brought in. AP was able to clean up the site and bring it back into operation in less than 10 days. AP took on a leadership and teaching role with the new subcontractors and closely managed coordination and inspections to ensure the units were turned over for leasing on time.
