This new ground-up precast Class-A, 328,000-sf, 12-story office tower is the third and final building of the 900,000-sf Village Center Station – a campus largely built by AP that has changed the dynamic of the Denver Tech Center. The sole tenant of the building is Charter Communications. AP worked with Davis Partnership Architects for the core and shell and EUA for the tenant improvement.
Building the complicated $100M+ project in just 20 months was complicated by the true zero lot line, requiring intensely close coordination with vendors and sub labor.
