8200 Tower

This 11-story, Class A office building comprised of sustainable elements includes high-efficiency mechanical systems, storm-water design and low-emitting materials. The exterior skin features polished precast, aluminum curtain wall and reflective glass to provide a distinctive, bold business image for the tenants of the building. The lobby boasts polished stone flooring and wall cladding with stainless steel accents. The project also contains an adjacent six-level, 1,100-stall parking ramp and two sky ways connecting the new office tower to the business park’s other office buildings.
