AP completed construction of 9001 Cypress Waters, a four story tilt up concrete core and shell office building developed by Billingsley Company in Dallas, Texas. The Class A office building is located within the 1,000 acre master planned community of Cypress Waters, which sits alongside a 362 acre lake and is surrounded by a mix of office, multifamily, and retail developments.
The project also included construction of a three level precast parking garage providing 821 parking spaces and totaling approximately 275,000 square feet. Together, the office building and structured parking support the continued growth of the Cypress Waters development and provide modern workspace within a vibrant mixed use environment.
Just south of the building is Peña Park, a one acre green space that serves as a gathering place within the community. The park is the second park developed within Cypress Waters and was dedicated to the company’s longtime president of development, Lucilo Peña. Located near additional neighborhood amenities such as Salazar Park and Cypress Waters Dog Park, the green space contributes to the walkable, amenity rich character of the surrounding district.
