More about the project

Additional amenities include employee lounges, a micro market, production spaces, and other support areas that enhance daily operations. Three conference rooms on the first floor feature operable glass walls that open to an outdoor amenities deck and landscaped rain garden, creating flexible indoor outdoor meeting space. Each level includes open air balconies with glass railings, raised access flooring for workspace flexibility, and integrated LED lighting systems, while a pedestrian bridge on the second floor connects the building directly to an adjacent parking structure.

The facility also incorporates a highly sophisticated technology infrastructure. A 1,000 square foot data center includes a Minimum Point of Entry room and a centralized Main Distribution Frame that utilizes a distributed antenna system to integrate with the organization’s communications network. The building is equipped with comprehensive audiovisual systems, security and video surveillance, access control, public address, white noise systems, and extensive low voltage cabling to support critical business operations.
