Banner MD Anderson Rehab Expansion

This project consisted of the build-out of approximately 1,400 sf of shell space to add five exam rooms for the rehabilitation center at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. The build-out included HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, life safety, and all new finishes in an active facility requiring extensive ICRA requirements.
