Overview

The Heritage Oaks Dental Office involves the construction of two new ground-up buildings, totaling approximately 10,288 square feet, with the demolition of existing structures on the site and the removal of asbestos found within them. One of the new buildings houses a dental office, featuring 15 operatory rooms, while the other serves as a cold, dark shell building designed to accommodate three tenants.

To address the sloping landscape, large retaining walls were constructed, and a decorative plaza was created between the two buildings. A new parking area and driveways were installed to serve both buildings. Both structures feature sloped roofs with metal roofing, and the design incorporates elements that reflect the historical architecture of Marble Falls, blending them seamlessly with modern design features.
