Overview

The Cook Children’s Arlington Primary Care project involves the first generation finish-out of an existing 6,734 square -foot one-story shell building, creating a pediatric primary care clinic with 15 exam rooms, treatment and lab spaces, and a waiting area featuring a playroom for patients and their families, along with staff support spaces such as offices, a collaborative teamwork space, and a staff break area.

Successfully delivering our first project with Cook Children’s ahead of schedule demonstrated AP’s commitment to quality, collaboration, and reliability. Through proactive communication, an aggressive project schedule, and close coordination with the owner and design team, AP helped streamline the construction process while addressing existing shell building quality concerns and overcoming new subcontractor challenges to deliver a successful project.
