Adolfson & Peterson Construction delivered the Baylor Scott & White Surgical Center in Dallas, Texas, a new ground-up, single-story, 22,900 square foot Ambulatory Surgical Center located on the health system’s main campus in downtown Dallas.
The finished facility features eight advanced operating rooms, dedicated clinical areas, and all required state-regulated support spaces. The project scope also included site development and paving.
The building was constructed with a structural steel frame and light gauge metal stud system, with exterior finishes consisting of metal panels, an exterior insulation and finish system, and an aluminum storefront.
This project continues a strong partnership with United Surgical Partners International, building on previous work such as the Baylor Scott and White Surgical Center in Southlake, Texas.
