Overview

Adolfson & Peterson Construction delivered the Baylor Scott & White Surgical Center in Southlake, Texas, a new ground-up, two-story, 23,568-square-foot medical office building and ambulatory surgical center constructed on a constrained two-acre site.

More about the project

The facility includes a full-service surgical center with six operating rooms and the associated clinical and support spaces required for efficient, high-quality patient care. Through early collaboration and value engineering during the design phase, AP helped maintain the project budget while preserving the integrity of the design and functionality of the space.

This project builds on AP’s long-standing partnership with United Surgical Partners International (USPI), including work on the adjacent Southlake MOB, and reflects continued collaboration with e4h Architecture across numerous healthcare projects.
