AP’s successful completion of the Carlisle Cos. Inc., headquarters tenant improvement project in Scottsdale, Arizona means more than just a new home for global manufacturer.
The project, home to the Fortune 1000 company, spans an entire floor at Kierland One and serves a both Carlisle’s corporate office as well as Carlisle Fluid Technologies base. In just 12 weeks, AP completely gut and remodeled nearly 45,000 SF.
