In addition to the core/shell, AP completed the tenant improvement work for Charter’s newly minted “innovation hub.” The space was designed to express Charter’s primary goals to connect, create, and innovate. These goals required that the space function exceptionally not only as an office space, but also as a powerful recruitment tool, demonstration center and data innovation lab that spotlights the company’s technological advances internally and to the company’s high-profile partners.
Users meander through a variety of neighborhood environments that promote focused work and collaboration. The abundant infiltration of daylight provides energy savings while connecting all users to the natural environment. The intricate blend of exposed systems (for agility, cutting-edge technology, warm natural materials and playful environmental graphics) sets the tone for this energetic environment.
