The Chisholm Public Safety Building is a 21,723 square foot facility serving the Chisholm Fire Department, Police Department, and EMS Services for the City of Chisholm. The project has received funding from multiple sources, including the USDA, federal congressional appropriations, Iron Range Resources & Rehabilitation (IRRR) funds, and State of Minnesota bonding dollars. The facility is designed and engineered in accordance with Minnesota B3 Buildings, Benchmarks & Beyond guidelines to meet established sustainability and energy performance standards. The City of Chisholm has identified this project as a priority for more than 20 years, making it a long anticipated investment and a high-profile initiative for both the city and the greater Chisholm community.
