AP navigated complex utility coordination, behavioral health safety requirements, and anti-ligature standards while maintaining ongoing hospital operations. Through proactive value engineering, mockups, compliance reviews, and a revised permitting strategy, the team accelerated occupancy by six months, avoided $470,000 in kitchen shutdown and catering costs, and delivered the project with 259,103 manhours, zero safety recordables, and zero lost-time incidents.
