The Duluth Seaway Port Authority (DSPA) East Annex Warehouse Expansion in Duluth added 56,000 square feet to the facility. The expansion included a 48,000-square-foot warehouse space with new truck docks, and approximately 8,000 square feet of enclosed rail dock to accommodate three more rail cars for loading and unloading.
