East Side Storage and Maintenance Facility

The East Side Storage and Maintenance Facility project provides the City of Minneapolis vehicle storage and maintenance as well as related offices. The facility and site provide for additional City vehicle storage and maintenance, warehouse storage and office needs. A fuel canopy/gas station, wash bay, and more covered storage as well as a big steel art feature on the SW corner of the site. Part of the main building assembly is a four-story parking ramp.
