The new free-standing fine arts space is located at the heart of the college campus serving as a bookend to the student mall. In addition to the 350-seat performance area with orchestra pit, the state-of-the-art building features a comprehensive performing arts support space including a black box performance studio. This studio is complete with pipe grid and theatrical accessories, seating and digital projection with premium Marley dance surfacing. The venue provides a costume design and fabrication lab, a tech lab for digital audio and video production, performer support areas and dressing rooms, and backstage support space. Behind the scenes is a workshop for complete theatrical production, scenery construction, and stagecraft.
