Overview

Adolfson & Peterson Construction completed an addition and renovation project that expands and enhances both athletic and academic spaces within the school. The project includes 37,679 square feet of new construction, featuring a competition gymnasium with bleacher seating, locker rooms, and dressing areas.

The expansion also introduces a new fine arts wing with dedicated spaces for band, orchestra, and choir, as well as STEM classrooms and collaborative learning areas designed to support a wide range of educational programs. Both the gymnasium locker rooms and the band hall were designed to serve as storm shelters, providing added safety for students and staff.

More about the project

In addition to the new construction, 7,784 square feet of existing space were renovated to improve functionality and support updated programming needs. The project also included the addition of a new middle school parking lot to enhance site access and circulation.

This project reflects AP’s commitment to delivering high-quality, multi-functional educational environments that support both student achievement and campus safety.
