This multi-phased project addressed a campus space shortage of approximately 90,000 sf on the Front Range Community College Fort Collins campus. Scope included a new 29,200-sf Integrated Technology Building and several renovation projects. The 29,000-sf Redcloud Peak renovation made upgrades to spaces for architectural engineering, building science, art, computer-aided drafting and design, humanities, interior design, multimedia technology, music, theater and dance. The 3,628-sf Blanca Peak North Wing Renovation was completed to house veterinary technology and forestry, wildlife and natural resources. Other phases included a remodel and addition to Mount Antero and parking lot upgrades. The Integrated Technology Building is Certified LEED Silver.
