Great Wolf Water Park

Great Wolf consisted of renovations to 404 rooms, electrical, mechanical and elevator upgrades to the guestroom tower. There was a total renovation of the lower level and the first and second floors for the new lodge branding. The renovation included structural demolition which opened an area for a climbing wall and a ropes course. AP constructed new conference facilities, administration office spaces, seven new food service areas, including three bars, Ben & Jerry’s, Dunkin’ Donuts and a pizza parlor. Work also included renovation of a main restaurant/kitchen and water park restaurant. Construction also included a new timber-framed porte cochere and grease interceptors. The project also included a building addition to the second floor for a bowling alley as well as six new retail spaces.
