The project includes 280,000 sf of new construction to replace the existing building that has been outgrown on the same site. The new build scope includes modern learning spaces, a large central hub, performance theater, gymnasia, new CTE program space and enhanced safety and security. The existing building will be demolished and numerous modular classrooms will be removed from the site. The project also includes the reorganization of the site with new fields, site amenities and parking.
