Overview

APConstruction delivered a new, ground-up middle school for the Dallas Independent School District, completing a $19 million, 170,000-square-foot facility designed to serve 1,200 students. The school features a one-story administrative and commons area and a three-story classroom wing, providing a modern and versatile learning environment.

The facility includes state-of-the-art science and technology classrooms, art and music rooms, instructional technology labs, a media center, and dedicated spaces for fine and performing arts and career and technical education. Students also have access to multiple cafetoriums, industrial kitchens, and athletic facilities, including indoor and outdoor basketball courts, volleyball and tennis courts, baseball, softball, and football fields, as well as gymnasiums, locker rooms, and showers.
