The Oasis Behavioral Healthcare Expansion is a two-phased project consisting of a 52-bed expansion to an existing behavioral and mental health facility. The expansion was meticulously executed in two phases, where the first phase encompassed crucial enhancements such as updated parking, new underground retention tanks and storm drainage. Phase two included a two-story, 33,000-square-foot addition to the current hospital with anti-ligature finishes, high level security systems, panelization of the exterior framing and an EIFS exterior finish. The existing hospital remained fully operational during all phases of construction, underscoring the dedication to uninterrupted patient care and the utmost efficiency in the project’s execution.
