Overview

AP Construction completed a 5,000-square-foot renovation and tenant improvement project for an existing core and shell office building in Plano, Texas. The project focused on enhancing the building’s exterior presence and interior common areas through targeted, high-impact upgrades.

Improvements included a redesigned storefront entrance, upgraded concrete and site elements, and new landscaping featuring vertical transpiration and multi-colored stone pavers. Interior enhancements included high-end millwork within the café, elevating the overall tenant experience.

More about the project

A key architectural feature of the project is the new north entrance canopy, constructed with structural steel columns and beams, an integrated drainage system, and 38 structural etched glass roof panels. The canopy is complemented by 30 Italian-manufactured LED downlights, creating a distinctive and visually striking entry point.

Through strong collaboration with subcontractors and consultants, and consistent communication with the owner and on-site tenants, AP delivered the project on time and under budget while maintaining quality and schedule throughout construction.
