South Metro Fire Station 31

This state-of-the-art, 12,735-sf fire station was designed to be as functional as possible while maintaining the aesthetic of the surrounding Greenwood Village neighborhood. The existing facility was demoed and replaced with a  fire station. Features of the facility include seven bedrooms, a state-of-the-art workout facility, a kitchen and day-room to accommodate a six-person shift, five bathrooms, two offices, a patio with direct access to the kitchen and day-room, and a two-door apparatus bay. A unique feature of this fire station includes supporting the South Metro dive team. Features include dive equipment storage and an apparatus bay designed to fit the dive boat.
