AP Construction delivered the new SRS Distribution Office Headquarters, a 100,000-square-foot, four-story office building paired with a 300+ space single-deck precast parking garage. The building features concrete form liner tilt-wall construction, storefront and curtain-wall glazing systems, and stained concrete finishes. The layout and erection of the tilt-wall panels required careful coordination due to the site’s tight constraints and proximity to existing power lines, which were temporarily taken out of service to complete exterior finishes on the south elevation.
Initially awarded for sitework, building, and garage construction, AP’s scope later expanded to include the interior finish-out. The interior spaces feature high-end office finishes, custom millwork, and metal panel applications, while balconies and terraces are finished with pedestal paver systems and premium glass railings.
