This award-winning collaboration between AP, Summit County, CDOT, and the Federal Transportation Administration, includes a transit office and vehicle maintenance garage facility, stand-alone drive through bus wash bay and a multi-use fuel island and bulk fuel storage area. 10 heavy duty bays (including two lower-level work bays), four automotive bays (including one lower-level work bay), and one fabrication bay. Project components also included site work preparation, paving, concrete footers, foundation, flat work maintenance pit construction, structural steel, masonry, exterior roof, exterior wall and access door systems, interior finishes, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, heated interior and exterior slabs, equipment purchase, supply and installation and telephone and data systems.
