The Bower

The Bower is a luxury 18-story high-rise apartment building with 187-units and underground parking in the heart of Edina, Minnesota. The ground level features five two-story townhomes. Building amenities include resident concierge services; private work-from-home suites; library with coffee lounge; club room with demo kitchen, game lounge and fireplace; 5th level pool and spa terrace; game lawn, grilling stations and fire pit; 18th level sky deck with catering kitchen; private dining, fireplace and golf simulator; athletic club with outdoor yoga lawn; and pet spa. High-end finishes include custom quartz counters, custom shaker-style cabinetry, modern dual-tone color schemes, condo-grade lighting fixtures and hardware, frameless shower enclosures, and hard surface flooring throughout each home. MEP was delivered through a design-build method and AP self-performed all the post-tension concrete.
