Overview

The Seam is a transformative redevelopment of a 1970s-era retail center into a vibrant, design-forward destination in Dallas’ Design District. Encompassing approximately 160,000 sf across multiple buildings, the project reimagines the existing property as a dynamic mixed-use retail environment featuring a curated blend of retail, restaurants, showrooms, cafés, and support spaces. The redevelopment combines modern architectural enhancements with thoughtfully designed outdoor areas to create a cohesive, walkable destination that strengthens the district’s character and appeal.
