AP completed the USPI Midland Ambulatory Surgery Center and medical office building project in Midland, Texas, which included construction of a 52,000 square foot fully finished medical office building and a 4,200 square foot expansion to the adjacent Texas Surgery Center.
The medical office building features interior buildouts for three separate tenant offices, along with dedicated physical therapy and orthopedic suites designed to support a variety of outpatient healthcare services. The project also included completion of an advanced imaging center equipped with the latest diagnostic technology, including MRI, CT, X ray, and mammography, providing patients with access to comprehensive imaging services in one location.
