Richland High School

This project included construction of 266,000 sf of new space, demolition of the old high school and renovation of the remaining 86,000 sf of existing space, all while maintaining the operational function of the occupied campus. Key building features include classrooms, science labs, art rooms and administration offices. Renovations were made to parts of the existing building to include upgrades to the food service facilities, three gymnasiums and locker rooms, field house, Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) area, girls weight room and auditorium. The project scope also included extensive renovations to the MEP systems required to operate the large campus. This project was completed almost four months ahead of schedule.
