AP Construction delivered the comprehensive renovation and addition at Naaman Forest High School, delivering upgrades that modernize the campus and enhance the student experience. The project included a 9,000-square-foot band hall addition, along with renovations to the existing choir room, restrooms, locker rooms, and shower facilities.
Our team completed a campus-wide flooring replacement, installing nearly 160,000 square feet of new VCT to create a durable and refreshed interior environment. We also upgraded the school’s original 1980s mechanical systems with new HVAC infrastructure, including air handling units (AHUs), variable air volume (VAV) systems, a building management system (BMS), and updated boiler equipment.
