Overview

The University of Texas Permian Basin Mesa Building Renovation  is a 280,000-square-foot occupied renovation that enhances the functionality, flexibility, and technology infrastructure necessary to support the University’s continued growth and academic mission. As the signature building on the Odessa campus, the project modernized a wide range of instructional, administrative, and student-focused spaces.

More about the project

The renovation included up to 80,000 square feet of selective demolition, salvage, and reconfiguration to optimize space utilization and improve operational efficiency. Classrooms, offices, and ancillary spaces were reimagined to better support evolving educational programs, collaborative learning environments, and modern workplace requirements while maintaining building operations throughout construction.
