Overview

AP delivered a 14,000-square-foot interior commercial build-out for a medical testing laboratory, along with partial exterior site improvements. Located on the ground floor of a one-story office park building, the project includes new laboratory spaces, administrative offices, a breakroom, receiving and distribution areas, and supporting infrastructure.

The project also includes a 35-ton generator to ensure the building never loses power as they will be storing sensitive specimen at all times. The scope also encompasses demolition of the previous tenant build-out, installation of new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, medical gas, and IT systems, as well as an owner-provided exterior generator to support critical operations.
