AP was originally awarded the Apple Valley Station in 2010. This second phase added two additional levels, consisting of 387 new parking stalls to the existing ramp. The elevator tower received two additional levels and a second elevator car.
The structure is post-tensioned cast-in-place concrete. The exterior finishes included perforated metal panels with an accent swoop which will be backlit. The elevator structure is cast-in-place colored concrete with a sandblast finish.
