Preston Parking Garage

The Preston Garage is an underground parking garage for a private resident located in Highland Park, Texas. The 33,000 square foot garage, with a capacity for 73 vehicles, was constructed primarily to provide parking for the many guests who visit the owner’s private library for research, parties and fundraisers, and who previously had to find parking on the crowded city streets surrounding the house. The garage has been designed with versatility in mind, however, it includes a full-length basketball court so that the family can stay active year-round.
